Kennek.io is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for specialist property lenders in the UK. You will own the onboarding journey from discovery to go-live, translating bespoke lending workflows into structured configurations and designing a repeatable onboarding playbook.
This is a builder’s role where you will scale client delivery, shape the onboarding function, and directly influence product roadmap through field insights from on-site client interactions
