2nd Line Support Engineer - Windows, Microsoft 365
£Market Rate (Inside IR35)
Hybrid/London (3 days onsite)

My client is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on and remote support across a fast-paced, business-critical environment, acting as an escalation point for technical issues and supporting a wide range of end-user technologies.

Key Requirements:

Experience in 2nd Line Support, Desktop Support or End User Computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.

Experience with Active Directory, Entra  user access management.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting, configuring and deploying end-user devices.
Strong incident management and ticketing system experience.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage issues through to resolution.
Comfortable providing both onsite and remote support on a shift pattern.
Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare, regulated or business-critical environments.
Service Now or similar ITSM experience.
Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager exposure.
ITIL knowledge.
Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL certifications.
