Summary

Meta's Marketing Science team partners with advertisers to advance measurement practices that drive real business outcomes across Meta's advertising platforms. In this role, you will work directly with clients and agencies to design and execute measurement programs, including conversion lift, brand lift, and attribution studies, that demonstrate the true value of advertising on Meta. You will serve as a trusted measurement advisor, helping clients build learning agendas and adopt industry-leading methodologies to optimize their marketing investments across digital media.

Marketing

Science Partner CEE Responsibilities
  • Partner with advertisers and media agencies to design and operationalize measurement learning agendas that connect advertising activity to business outcomes
  • Scope, design, and execute ad effectiveness studies including conversion lift, brand lift, and multi-touch attribution across Meta platforms
  • Analyze large-scale advertising and consumer data sets to surface actionable insights on campaign performance and media efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize client accounts and identify measurement opportunities that support advertiser growth
  • Translate complex quantitative research findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical client audiences
  • Support clients in working with third-party measurement vendors to set up, run, and interpret measurement studies
  • Drive adoption of preferred measurement methodologies and Meta measurement products across assigned client portfolios and industry verticals
  • Contribute to the development and piloting of scalable measurement capabilities in partnership with Product and Research and Development teams
  • Facilitate internal and external workshops to build advertiser literacy around measurement best practices, auction dynamics, and lift-based tools
  • Provide cross-functional input into team-level measurement priorities and help identify opportunities to improve measurement solutions at scale
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advertising measurement, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience independently scoping and executing research or measurement projects with clients or cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience designing field experiments, including A/B tests, conversion lift studies, or brand lift studies in an advertising context
  • Experience in analyzing and manipulating large data sets using statistical tools such as SQL, R, or Python to generate insights
  • Experience communicating quantitative research findings to non-technical audiences in client-facing or stakeholder-facing settings
  • Fluent in Russian, as the role supports clients and agencies in Central and Eastern European markets where Russian is a primary business language
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement technologies, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, or incrementality testing
  • Experience collaborating with third-party measurement vendors or research partners to design and deliver custom studies
  • Experience applying econometric or statistical modeling methods to advertising effectiveness questions
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Familiarity with app, e-commerce, or direct response advertising verticals and the measurement challenges unique to those environments
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
