- Own the planning, budget allocation, and hands‑on execution of paid media campaigns across Linked In Ads, paid search, display, and other relevant digital channels, with accountability for spend efficiency, performance, and return on investment.
- Lead the strategic overhaul of Civica's Linked In presence and broader social channels, defining the channel strategy, content architecture, tone of voice application, and governance framework that will transform social from a passive broadcast function into an active pipeline and brand‑building asset.
- Build and manage a structured organic social content programme across Linked In and other relevant platforms, working with Brand, Content, and Campaign teams to develop a consistent editorial calendar that reflects campaign priorities, product moments, and market‑relevant thought leadership.
- Develop and run an employee advocacy programme and support the development of executive social media profiles, enabling Civica's senior leaders and subject matter experts to build credible personal presence on Linked In in a way that amplifies the company's positioning.
- Manage agency and platform relationships where relevant, acting as an informed and technically capable client.
- Proven hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B environment, with direct in‑platform experience across Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or equivalent channels.
- Strategic and executional capability in B2B social media, with specific experience overhauling or building Linked In channel presence, and a clear understanding of what drives organic reach, engagement, and community development.
- Analytically rigorous, with the ability to interpret paid media and social performance data, identify meaningful trends, and translate insight into optimisation decisions and clear stakeholder reporting.
- Proficient with social media management and analytics platforms, paid media reporting tools, and Linked In Campaign Manager, with the ability to operate these systems independently and extract actionable insight.
- Sound understanding of how paid media integrates with organic social, marketing automation, and CRM, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure consistent data flow, attribution, and campaign coherence.
Demonstrates expertise in managing paid media campaigns and B2B social media strategies, with a strong focus on Linked In presence and performance analytics. Capable of developing structured content programs and employee advocacy initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
