Ecommerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of website content for seasonal campaigns and new product launches
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Photography and Product teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Manage critical paths, ensuring content, assets and product data are accurate and ready for launch
• Manage the website helpdesk, resolving content and user experience requests efficiently
• Conduct regular site reviews to identify opportunities to improve content, navigation and customer journeys
• Gather feedback from Stores, Trade and Customer Experience teams to continually enhance the website
• Monitor website performance, sales and key trading metrics
• Attend weekly trading meetings and help identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue
• Help maintain and improve on-site SEO through content optimisation
• Collaborate with our internal technology team and external development partners to deliver website improvements
• Support testing and deployment of UX and technical enhancements
• Work with the Web Product Executive to investigate and resolve bugs and website issues

• 2+ years  experience in an ecommerce retail role
• Experience across website content management, trading, CRO and SEO
• A customer-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Analytical and commercially minded, with confidence interpreting data and spotting opportunities
• Naturally curious, collaborative and proactive
• A problem-solver who enjoys identifying issues and finding practical solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
