Design and implement marketing automation strategies, including email marketing, segmentation, and retargeting, to increase customer engagement and improve conversion.

Manage and integrate marketing efforts with Hub Spot CRM, using data-driven insights to create personalised customer journeys and optimise marketing efforts.

Analyse and report on key metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value, to continuously improve performance.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, operations) to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the business stays competitive and innovative in digital marketing.

Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring SEO best practices, and managing content updates across digital platforms.

Work closely with external partners and agencies to manage and optimise digital marketing spend, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Proven Experience

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong background in eCommerce and expertise in Shopify Plus.

Extensive experience in digital advertising, including PPC, social media advertising, and programmatic campaigns.

Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies, including email marketing and retargeting.

Proficiency in Hub Spot CRM and experience in building data-driven marketing campaigns using CRM insights.

Excellent understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing performance tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs while delivering exceptional results.
