Howden is expanding its People Analytics team in the HR space to provide accurate, relevant data and insights. The role focuses on maintaining HR data, reporting from HR systems, and delivering ad hoc analyses to support HR and business initiatives.
The successful candidate will develop dashboards using Databricks, SQL and Power BI, partner with HRIS, Finance and IT, and contribute to data governance and improvements across the employee lifecycle.
