C40 is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support a 500-strong staff across 40+ countries, primarily remote with a London-based team. You will manage day-to-day tickets, hardware and software support, and onboarding for new staff in a hybrid London role.
Reporting to the Senior Helpdesk Technician, you will work with Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Beyond Trust, ensuring security and smooth IT operations while traveling for occasional events.
