Working across multiple international markets, they collaborate with leading brands, retailers and digital partners to drive awareness, trust and influence in an increasingly AI-driven world.

As Global Director, Digital Strategy, you'll define the organisation's global digital strategy, ensuring it stays at the forefront of AI, search and digital innovation while leading how consumers discover, engage with and trust the brand online.

• Develop and lead the global digital strategy across international markets.
• Drive AI, search and digital authority to strengthen online visibility and consumer trust.
• Identify emerging technologies, trends and partnerships to keep the organisation ahead of the market.
• Translate digital insights into strategic recommendations that shape marketing and business decisions.
• Lead digital capability, governance and best practice across the global organisation.

• Significant senior experience in digital strategy, transformation or performance marketing within a global organisation.
• Deep expertise in SEO, AI search, LLM optimisation and digital discoverability.
• A track record of developing digital strategies that combine technology, data and customer experience.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives and managing senior stakeholders.
• A commercial, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
