We are looking for a
Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of asset data, digital handover and model-based information requirements across both internal project teams and external client commissions.
The role sits within the wider Digital Practice / Digital Advisory function and works under the direction of the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead. It is a project-facing delivery role focused on checking, chasing, tracking and reporting information requirements, rather than leading client strategy or setting the overall service direction.
The successful candidate will help maintain responsibility matrices, check asset information, monitor progress through project dashboards, support designers, chase outstanding actions and report risks across design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update project information documents, including information requirements, responsibility matrices, asset data fields, responsible parties and client-specific deliverables.
- Help translate client information requirements into clear, practical actions for designers, consultants and contractors.
- Support the checking of model data, Revit schedules, asset registers and COBie-style outputs for completeness and consistency.
- Support designers and project teams in understanding asset data, digital handover and information delivery requirements.
- Monitor asset information progress using platforms such as Glider or similar digital handover systems.
- Support CDE workflows, including information exchange, naming conventions, status codes, review processes and issue tracking.
- Chase outstanding information, track actions and elevate risks or blockers where required.
- Produce clear progress reports covering information status, missing data, overdue actions and key risks.
- Support model coordination workflows where required, including federated model review, issue tracking and coordination reporting.
- Support the development of repeatable templates, trackers and workflows for asset information, information delivery and digital handover.
- Experience in digital delivery, information management, asset information, BIM/data or project coordination within architecture, engineering, construction or consultancy.
- Good working knowledge of model-based information, Revit schedules, structured data and CDE workflows.
- Practical understanding of ISO 19650 principles and project information requirements.
- Understanding of asset information, COBie principles, asset registers and digital handover requirements.
- Experience using CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex, Asite or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence checking structured data, schedules and project information.
- Ability to communicate clearly with designers, consultants, contractors and project managers.
- Strong coordination skills, including action tracking, chasing information and escalating issues.
- Experience with Glider, Zutec, Ecodomus, Asset Wise or other asset information platforms.
- Knowledge of Uniclass 2015, classification systems and structured parameter strategies.
- Experience supporting ISO 19650-aligned projects.
- Experience with ACC Model Coordination, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri or similar coordination tools.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, Excel-based data checking or reporting workflows.
- Experience working on workplace, commercial fit-out, healthcare, stadium or client-side information management commissions.
- Organised, methodical and detail-focused.
- Comfortable supporting designers and project teams with information and data requirements.
- Able to chase actions professionally and consistently.
- Practical problem solver.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Confident working under direction while taking ownership of day-to-day delivery tasks.
- Able to identify risks, gaps and blockers and elevate them clearly.
The role reports to the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead
, who retains responsibility for practice area strategy, client positioning, methodology, client relationships and service development.
