Role Description

Day‑to‑day audience and email management across a portfolio of festival brands, including a comprehensive test and refine programme. Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM on data management and collection in line with CRM strategy. Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the business, adapting to different festival audiences and brand identities. Also support the shared team goal to grow reach, engagement and first‑party data.

Suitable candidates may have held positions such as Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive, or Digital Marketing Executive.

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing specifically in email marketing and audiences, with a clear understanding of the importance of first‑party data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines

  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
  • A passion for email marketing – understanding what makes them tick (and click)

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, with an eye for visuals
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform

What

The Role Includes
  • Day to day running of email programmes for a portfolio of festivals
  • Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM, making sure key festival moments are covered with email marketing and offering creative ideas for wider email campaigns
  • Create regular emails and design new email templates for multiple festivals across the UK
  • Reporting on key metrics to identify strengths and opportunities / inform future strategy
  • Tailor emails as required and use design tweaks to improve email performance
  • Build targeted audiences for a variety of festivals across the UK, ensure first party data collection is at the forefront of your strategy and focus on data retainment for current contacts
  • Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM, create new automated email journeys
  • Running regular tests on sends to make sure we’re constantly refining our strategy
  • Data management:
    Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM
  • Stakeholder management:
    Aligning with a variety of teams across the business on email briefs and dealing with a variety of requests, making sure each festival is given optimal support via email
  • Deputise for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM when needed
