Overview
IT Trainer, CRM Trainer, Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, Training design, Documentation, Contract, London.
Lithium3’s client partner has a key role to engage with the business to design, write and deliver CRM training to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities- Design, write and deliver CRM training to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Write strong technical specifications, briefs, policies and test scripts.
- Ensure training material is retained and in place for future use.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (preferred), or small/bespoke CRM systems such as Ascent CRM.
- Understanding of customer record management as a process.
- Strong documentation skills.
Contract will be 3 months initially with the likelihood of more training projects.
Based in London with some nationwide travel. The role sits outside IR35.
