Butter & Crust is seeking a hands-on Senior Ecommerce & Growth Manager to own and improve how customers discover, buy and subscribe. You will manage the website, CRM, subscriptions, paid acquisition, CRO, analytics and the connected tech stack.
You’ll work directly with the founder and external partners, delivering practical, high-impact improvements—from Klaviyo campaigns to Shopify configurations and A/B testing—to drive growth and subscription velocity.
