We're supporting a fast-growing consultancy working with leading UK wealth management firms, helping them successfully implement and adopt modern technology.

They're looking for an experienced Technology Trainer to join on an initial 6-month contract, focused on driving user adoption across CRM platforms and emerging AI tools.

The Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring end users are confident and capable with new technology - designing and delivering engaging training that genuinely changes how people work.

Working closely with implementation and business readiness teams, you'll ensure training is aligned to delivery timelines and tailored to real-world use.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programmes across CRM systems and AI tools
Deliver training via workshops, remote sessions, videos, and written guides
Translate complex tech into clear, practical learning for non-technical users
Conduct training needs analysis to tailor programmes to different user groups
