Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager plays a key role within the Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK team and EU team, leading the development, execution, and ongoing optimisation of the Group's social media strategy.

This position is responsible for enhancing the UK's social media presence by driving strategic initiatives, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall Brand & Communications strategy. The role will also provide expert guidance on integrating social media across the wider business, while supporting the development of governance, best practices, and policies to ensure a consistent and effective digital presence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analysing the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
