Application Support Engineer

Overview

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT team supporting and enhancing a business‑critical claims platform for a leading professional services company.

This is a new role, taking ownership of the migration and support from a legacy system to an internal bespoke claims platform, working closely with the internal IT team and relevant users.

Experience with in claims processing, legal or insurance is essential.

• Investigating, analysing and resolving application issues
• Supporting system enhancements, fixes and integrations
• Play a key role in growing this area of the business as the internal IT function continues to scale
• Work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes

• Previous experience in an Application Support, Systems Analyst or similar role
• Able to demonstrate supporting and improving bespoke internal systems or applications
• Experience with SQL, Excel, BI and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Azure Dev Ops is a bonus)
