• Collaborate with senior leadership and local project teams to deliver on key client projects
• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations
• Work with MS Excel to build and maintain large databases from raw source data
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to uncover actionable insights
• Prepare compelling client deliverables in Power Point
• Support ongoing development within the analysis team, both locally and across international projects

• Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) – essential
• Holds a STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• A recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a data/analyst role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong in communication, with a collaborative mindset and professional maturity
