The Learning and Development Coordinator (Grow Assistant) plays a central role in ensuring a modern, high‑quality learning experience across JCDecaux. This role blends learning operations, digital content creation, data insights, and platform ownership to ensure our colleagues have access to the right learning, at the right time, in the right way.

You will be the engine behind our Grow team — ensuring our systems, content, communications, and data work seamlessly to support capability development, leadership growth, and our wider People strategy.

This role reports to the Head of Grow

What you’ll be doing ... Learning Experience & Operations
  • Own the end‑to‑end learner experience across the Grow platform (Workday Learning/Go1).
  • Manage course setup, pathways, enrolments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate logistics for courses, programmes, workshops, and events.
  • Support the Grow Partners with development delivery and operational excellence.
  • Work with the internal communications team to manage learning communications, including newsletters, updates, and campaigns.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Grow/learning queries.
  • Design and build digital learning assets (micro‑learning, videos, guides, toolkits).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve quality.
  • Curate high‑quality external content t(via our Go1 LMS) to support capability pathways.
  • Work with the Head of Grow and subject matter experts to translate knowledge into engaging learning.
  • Support the development of blended learning experiences.
Data, Insights & Reporting
  • Own learning analytics and dashboards for the Grow team and wider business.
  • Provide insights on engagement, completion, impact, and trends.
  • Use data to identify learning needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support evaluation of programmes using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Present insights in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders.
  • Act as the system owner for the Grow platform (Workday Learning/Go1) ensuring it is optimised and user‑friendly.
  • Work with IT and external providers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Drive automation and efficiency through digital tools and AI.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual admin.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and learning governance standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Partner with Grow colleagues as well as colleagues across the business to deliver high‑impact programmes.
  • Support leaders and colleagues in navigating learning tools and resources.
  • Build strong relationships across the People Team, IT, and departments.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and digital adoption.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to generate insights.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Experience working in L&D, HR, digital learning, or a related field.
  • Strong digital skills, with confidence using LMS platforms.
  • Experience with learning analytics or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva).
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and learner‑centred design.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
  • Interest in digital transformation, AI, and modern learning practices.
  • Ability to create engaging digital content (e.g., videos, micro‑learning, guides).
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and automation.
