This full-time IAM Platform Manager role offers the chance to take ownership of a critical Identity and Access Management platform supporting thousands of users across multiple international locations. You'll play a key role in shaping IAM strategy, driving platform improvements, and enhancing security, governance and user experience.
IAM Platform Manager Responsibilities

* Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.

* Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.

* Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.

* Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.

* Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.

* Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and value.

* Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across identity governance and access management.
IAM Platform Manager Requirements

* Proven experience managing One Identity Manager (OIM) or a similar enterprise IAM platform.

* Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Governance.

* Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP and integration technologies such as APIs and connectors.

* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.

* Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and negotiation skills.

* Experience operating within large-scale, multi-site or international organisations is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of , scripting, GDPR, SOX or audit frameworks would be advantageous.
