UC Solutions Architect

Location: South East London

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a new project involving a private voice over IP system using Cisco Call Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unified communications and a deep understanding of voice over IP technologies. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Active MoD SC Clearance is required.

Essential Skills & Experience Proven Experience as a Unified Communications Solution Architect, Unified Communications Architect, or Collaboration Architect. Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies. Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) environments and migration programmes. Experience designing and delivering VoIP migration projects within large enterprise environments. Demonstrable Experience reviewing and creating HLDs and LLDs. Experience working with legacy platforms and defining migration strategies to modern communications solutions.
