User Researcher at Triad.

We are looking for a User Researcher to join our team  this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our understanding of user needs and behaviors. Your insights will directly influence the design and development of our services throughout their lifecycle.

Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 per year

User Experience Team

• Design and execute user research initiatives to gather insights that inform product development.
• Analyze research data and present findings to stakeholders to drive design decisions.
• Conduct various research activities, including stakeholder interviews, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure user-centered design principles are applied.

• Significant experience in planning and executing user research across different stages of service development.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex research data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with user experience design tools and software.
• Previous experience in a technology-focused environment.
