Trustpilot is seeking a skilled Business Support Agent to join our London team. You’ll support customers via email, chat, and phone, helping with implementation and troubleshooting of our product in English.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure excellent service and knowledge sharing. You’ll monitor Helpdesk alerts, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to best practices and self-service guides.
