Weare seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a small, dedicated IT team,responsible for managing our company’s system development and ensuring efficient daily IT support for both internal and external stakeholders. The ITManager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, driving system improvements, ensuring data security, and supporting operational needs across departments.

1. Lead,mentor, and manage a small team of IT professionals.

2. Oversee team development and performance, ensuring consistent support and engagement.

3. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices.

1. Develop and maintain company systems to ensure stability, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.

3. Oversee system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing IT system sand leading a team.

Proficiency in system administration, network management, database management, and cybersecurity principles.

Experience in managing projects, including planning, budgeting, and executing.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
