• Design, build, and maintain critical Linux‑based infrastructure across global data centres, cloud environments, and office locations.
• Drive improvements in platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and integration of core infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, operating system, and network‑related issues, identifying root causes and implementing lasting solutions.
• Enhance infrastructure automation and reduce operational overhead through engineering‑led improvements.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and development teams on strategic technology initiatives.
• Support and evolve key platform services that underpin business‑critical operations.
• Strengthen the firm’s infrastructure security framework through best‑practice design and implementation.
• Contribute to deployment automation, build systems, and CI/CD capabilities across the technology estate.

• 10+ years' experience supporting and engineering large‑scale Linux infrastructure environments.
• Strong Python development and automation expertise.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, system internals, and configuration management tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across both host and network layers.
• Experience with automated build systems, software deployment frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security principles and operational best practices.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Experience supporting DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, or similar core infrastructure technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, large‑scale storage environments, databases, and Windows/Linux integration.
• Knowledge of Rust, Go, Java, C, or C# would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within globally distributed teams.
• Degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline preferred.
