AWE is seeking an HR Digital Roadmap Project Manager (Inside IR35) for a 14‑month contract, based hybrid in Reading.
You will own and drive the HR digital roadmap, lead Workday optimisation, deliver end‑to‑end HR digital projects, and shape change communications while partnering with HR, IT and external vendors.
Essential: proven HR digital roadmap delivery in complex environments, hands‑on Workday experience, strong PM capabilities and stakeholder management.
