At NHS Property Services, we believe our people are our greatest asset. That’s why we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Our People Strategy - Get, Grow, and Keep Great People, is all about building a values-driven culture where colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with business analysis, stakeholder engagement and product thinking to deliver solutions that genuinely make a difference across our organisation.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, users, technical specialists and delivery partners to understand challenges, design solutions and ensure our platforms are secure, scalable and fit for the future. Whether you’re leading discovery workshops, improving data quality, designing automations or solving complex technical issues, you’ll help turn business needs into meaningful digital outcomes.

Who you are

You're an experienced Product Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data verse and the Power Platform. You enjoy solving complex problems, turning business requirements into practical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver great user outcomes. With excellent analytical, technical and communication skills, you're confident navigating agile environments and influencing positive change across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear product and technical solutions.
  • Shape and influence the roadmap for our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products.
  • Design and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Data verse and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop and support automations, workflows and integrations that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Use data, insight and technical analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support the resolution of complex platform issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
  • Provide technical leadership, collaborating with colleagues and helping to raise standards across the product team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver secure, maintainable solutions that create real value.
  • Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment and the ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.
Where you’ll be

This is a hybrid role with travel to our Canary Wharf office on a bi-weekly basis.

What we can offer you

We understand how important life is outside of work so, as well as a competitive salary we will also offer:

  • 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday with the option to buy additional weeks leave.
  • A Smarter Working Policy, empowering you to choose the location of how and where you work according to your daily activities.
  • Training and development opportunities, providing opportunities for our colleagues to develop and progress their careers at all levels through our Professional Excellence Framework.
  • SMART Pension contribution into which the company will contribute up to 6%
  • A range of flexible benefits, including NHS retail discounts and Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • We have a great Colleague Assistance Programme and offer support for all areas of life.
An organisation with a purpose…

We are an organisation with a passion for giving back. Putting money back into the NHS, raising £150,000 over 3 years for our charity partner Young Lives vs Cancer, supporting colleagues to volunteer within their local communities, and being committed to creating a sustainable working environment on our pledge to become net zero carbon by 2050. We understand that it’s important to feel like the work you do is having a meaningful impact on society, and through our approach to being a responsible business, we make sure that every colleague is given the opportunity to make a difference.

At NHS Property Services, we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from disabled people and will make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and in the workplace to support your needs. If you require any support or adjustments, please let us know — we’re here to help

We celebrate diversity, and we are working hard to create an inclusive environment where people love to work and can fulfil their potential.

We would encourage all applicants to apply as soon as possible as we may close vacancies early should we receive a high number of applications.
