Business PTM Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Plan to Manufacture (PTM) domain team to deliver end-to-end functional solutions that meet business needs. You partner with business SMEs to ensure the solution aligns with operations in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance. You drive project plans, progress tracking, and risk management while removing impediments to keep delivery on track. You communicate status to stakeholders and ensure deliverables are formally signed off per the SOW.

• Manage PTM team members and oversee delivery of work products/deliverables Oversee implementation in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance Develop detailed work plans and track progress Provide status reports and participate in project meetings Remove impediments and ensure adherence to project methods and controls Plan and conduct workshops; manage relationships with business process owners and obtain sign-offs Lead issue identification, resolution, and escalation as needed Maintain approval and tracking of deliverables in line with the SOW Perform tasks in line with Kraft Heinz policies (safety, ESG, HR) and uphold company values Tasks Bachelor's degree and team leadership experience with executive-level engagement Forward, strategic thinker capable of shaping future business processes Subject Matter Expert (SME) or strong functional skillset in the domain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Foresight to identify risks and the courage to escape Ability to travel routinely Key requirements
