Experteer Overview As Agile Delivery Lead, you guide end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across Web and App platforms within the Digital Foundry. You lead multi-disciplinary teams across value streams, applying agile, lean, and design-thinking methods. You act as servant leader, coach, Scrum Master, or PM to fit the need, driving value, predictability, and quality. You shape delivery practices, foster psychological safety, and use data to reduce waste and improve cycle times.

  • Lead delivery for initiatives end-to-end from idea to operate and success metrics Serve as servant leader, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Project Manager as needed Improve delivery methodology and tools within the Digital Foundry Foster psychological safety and an open team culture Use delivery data to drive improvements, predictability, and reduced cycle time Facilitate engaging and inclusive ceremonies; excellent communication through concise reports Manage stakeholders and build strong internal/external relationships Promote delivery consistency and cross-team collaboration Coach teams to break down work into increments and plan with demand/capacity forecasting Own and resolve problems proactively;

    resolve conflicts to reach consensus Operate with high trust and motivate high-performing teams Promote and adopt delivery practices across the Digital Foundry Tasks Proven track record delivering complex technology projects/programmes with agile, lean software and design-thinking methodologies Ability to deliver software solutions to time and quality with multiple delivery partners Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to explain complex technical challenges simply Comfort working independently and in cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries Ability to set priorities, maintain resilience under
  • pressure, and manage stakeholder expectations
