Position: Measurement Partner, Centre of Excellence (CoE)
The Measurement team is responsible for demonstrating and improving the effectiveness of advertising on Tik Tok. We partner with advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to interpret campaign performance, shape measurement strategies, and unlock stronger business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Our team sits at the intersection of sales, product, analytics, and marketing. We help clients understand how Tik Tok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.

About the Role As a Measurement Partner - Centre of Excellence, you will serve as a key regional specialist dedicated to solving complex performance-advertising challenges across Europe. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with regional measurement, product, and sales teams to analyze sophisticated data sets, optimize ad campaigns, and directly improve ROI.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead deep analytical initiatives, prototype measurement tooling, and design experimental methodologies that will directly shape and influence Tik Tok's broader regional measurement strategy.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and measurement teams across the region to develop, implement and lead regional measurement strategies that drive business growth
- Support the ideation, creation, and prototyped deployment of sophisticated custom insights, ad effectiveness meta-analysis, or tooling for large-scale data environments for use by wider measurement teams
- Act as a regional specialist on full funnel measurement, contributing to cross-functional projects
- Design and test bidding, targeting, and optimisation methods to support new product and feature development
- Track and report advertiser success metrics to support and grow adoption of measurement solutions across the region
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track Source of Truth (SoT), key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure campaign effectiveness
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including ad performance, user behavior, and market trends
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales and measurement teams to optimize ad campaigns and improve ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new measurement methodologies to continuously improve our regional measurement capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong, proven experience in analytics and digital advertising from large marketing-related organisations or measurement suppliers.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science) or equivalent.

- Proven experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, Measurement, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with regional teams.

- Exceptional time management and goal-oriented task management skills.

- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide data-driven guidance on business decisions.

- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working within the regional digital advertising ecosystem, including media agencies and complex, data-driven marketing organisations.

- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, R, or Python is preferred.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for marketing measurement systems.
