Cyber Business Analyst

Project description PAM project within Cyber Portfolio Responsibilities You  will be accountable and responsible for taking appropriate action with respect to the Company and the Bank, including:

Generic Business Analyst Skills Performing requirements gathering and compiling formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.

Covering all aspects of Business Analyst engagement throughout the Project Development lifecycle including but not limited to:

Formulating and presenting proposed solutions to the business users. This may incorporate illustrative calculations using production data.

Formulating testing approaches and compiling test plans and test cases.

Performing system/integration testing and supporting business users with user acceptance testing.

Compiling and presenting test results.

Completing project/work-stream status reports.

Escalating issues/risks to project/line management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to support understanding and resolution of issues with evidence based findings.

Strong TEC skills with the ability to perform sql queries, and be self-reliant on systems analysis. Advanced excel also required.

A strong proactive approach with Senior technology management communications and relationships, being able to deliver concise information to allow accurate and informed decision making. The individual should be a trusted advisor of Technology management as well as Senior business stakeholders.

Ownership of Risks, Issues and Dependencies across project work, ensuring proactive actions are taken to avoid escalations.

Skills Must haveMUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in PAMTechno-functional expertise required

Essential PAM experience is essential

Experience of framework development and deployment

Understanding of key regulatory and other framework guidance around access management (e.g. EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, FCA etc.)Identity & Access Management experience with business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation experience in a financial services environment

Definition, assessment, and governance of process, procedures, and controls for identity and access management

Delivering IAM to meet compliance requirements

Proven experience on Identity Governance, and Segregation of DutiesA detailed and proven understanding of access management within highly complex environments.

Proven understanding of current best practice approach to security assurance and the application of security frameworks

Planning and prioritizing multiple work streams in response to rapidly developing and changing portfolios

Experience with business analysis, solution design in other cybersecurity domains

Qualifications:

Essential Degree educated and / or equivalent experience.

Nice to haveprior experience using AI related initiatives
