In this Lead Consultant role you anchor engagements from business process consulting to solution delivery. You guide discovery, define solutions, and mentor teams through design, development and deployment. As a domain thought leader, you influence architecture reviews, drive client trainings, and help build in-house capabilities. You will shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet evolving global needs, leveraging .Net, WPF, cloud, and Dev Ops to enable digital transformation.

• Anchor end-to-end engagement efforts from problem definition to deployment.
• Lead discovery and solution design with cross-functional teams.
• Guide project processes and deliverables; ensure architecture and design reviews.
• Drive business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions aligned with client needs and market trends.

• Strong proficiency in .Net and WPF
• Deep knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native development
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
