Owning and evolving the internal developer platform and CI/CD pipelines

Building secure, repeatable deployment patterns across cloud infrastructure

Driving Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops best practices

Managing and improving Git Lab and the wider engineering toolchain

Embedding security, automation and observability throughout the software delivery lifecycle

Helping shape the future of Dev Sec Ops  as the engineering team grows

What you'll bring

Experience building internal developer platforms or modern CI/CD environments

Strong cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes expertise

Hands-on experience with Terraform, Open Tofu or PulumiScripting skills with Python, Go or BashA passion for developer experience, automation and secure software delivery

You'll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance. The role is primarily office-based to encourage close collaboration across the engineering team.
