London (2 days on site and 3 days remote plus occasional international travel) Position Type:
Full-Time Salary: 100-130k base plus 15% bonus and benefits

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale SAP HANA solutions. As an SAP HANA Architect, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, driving technological innovation, and ensuring high-performance data management through the SAP HANA platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP HANA solution design and architecture for large-scale projects.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement SAP HANA models and ensure integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Optimize database and application performance through tuning, configuration, and architecture best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
Design and implement security, high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies for SAP HANA systems.
Assist in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization of SAP HANA environments.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP HANA developments and recommend best practices.
