Lead IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Lead IT Support Engineer to join us on a permanent contract. You will be the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, provide mentoring and guidance to Support Engineers, and help drive service excellence across the team.

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
• Support and enhance the day-to-day operation of the IT Service Desk across TFG UK
• Manage and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, Exchange, Teams and Share Point
• Lead technical investigations, identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
• Deliver technology projects such as device refreshes, office moves and store technology upgrades
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
• Mentor Support Engineers and promote best practice across the team
• Partner with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality IT support services

• An experienced IT support professional with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows and endpoint management
• A customer-focused problem solver who takes ownership and delivers excellent service
• A confident communicator, able to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experienced in troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement
• A natural mentor who enjoys coaching colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
