Our client is a leading organisation within the Service Now ecosystem whohas an immediate requirement for a hybrid working Service Now IRM SME / Architect for apermanent hybrid role in London, UK. Candidates that require sponsorship will still be considered.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :- Service Now - 5years+ ESSENTIAL
- Service Now IRM Development & Configuration, Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Service Now certified
- Degree
- Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
- Service Now IRM BFSI Risk & Compliance domain, GRC
- Service Now CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC
- The role will involve design, pre-sales, Service Now IRM Development & Configuration, leading the development, configuration, and customization of IRM.
- Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure and customize Notifications, SLAs, and reporting.
- Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
- Integration & Data Management:
Integrations between Service Now IRM and other internal/external systems(e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server). - Data integrity, collaboration, requirements gathering, workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.
- Salary
- Up to £110k + Bonus + Benefits (salary flexible for the right role).
