Volta is seeking an IT Analyst in London to be the first point of contact for IT. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, keep devices and asset records accurate, and operate the IT systems with reliability and continuous improvement.
You will triage support requests across Windows, macOS, and mobile, handle access, licensing, and hardware issues, and play a key role in maintaining a secure and well-documented IT environment for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
