Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into integrated program roadmaps, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and securing commitments.

Proven experience working closely with engineering and product teams, demonstrating fluency in technical concepts, system and API dependencies, and data-driven decision making for program planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to manage program-level governance, including dependency management, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder alignment, and change control across services or domains.
Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products or internal programs to enhance execution, visibility, or decision quality.
Preferred qualifications:

You have experience driving enterprise-wide business continuity management (BCM) or disaster recovery programs, including familiarity with ISO 22301 or equivalent frameworks, RTO/RPO validation, and cross-domain resiliency testing.
You have experience integrating AI-native products or platforms into an enterprise technology ecosystem, navigating governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery sequencing across cross-functional teams.
You have a track record of managing stakeholder alignment across diverse groups, including legal, compliance, works councils, and multi-company leadership teams, in high-complexity, cross-org programs.
You are comfortable owning end-to-end program delivery across concurrent, interdependent programs, with the ability to set governance frameworks, delivery standards, and risk escalation paths across a portfolio.
