Your Role and Responsibilities :

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own Liqueo's digital marketing capability. Working directly with the Global Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for delivering and continually improving our digital marketing activity, from campaign execution and marketing automation to website optimisation, reporting and AI-enabled ways of working.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building capability, improving ways of working and taking ownership of digital marketing in a growing business. As part of a small, ambitious marketing team, you'll enjoy variety. Whilst digital will be your core focus, you'll also support wider marketing initiatives where needed, bringing a hands-on approach and a willingness to get stuck in.

We're looking for someone with initiative, commercial awareness, and a best-practice mindset. Someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas, and make life easier by confidently managing the digital side of marketing end to end.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Digital Campaign Management
    :
Own the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns across email, paid social, and web.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM
    :
Own Hub Spot, including workflows, automation, reporting, CRM best practice and data quality. Continually look for opportunities to improve segmentation, automation and the way we use data to support marketing and business development.

  • Website, SEO & AI Search
    :
Manage and continually improve our Word Press website, focusing on user experience, SEO, conversion optimisation and ensuring our content is well positioned for evolving AI and large language model (LLM) search.

  • Marketing Technology & AI
    :
Identify opportunities to improve the way we work through marketing technology, automation and AI, helping the team deliver better work more efficiently without compromising quality..

  • Reporting & Insight
    :
Own marketing reporting, providing regular insights into campaign performance, digital engagement and website analytics, while identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

  • Marketing Data & Segmentation
    :
Maintain the quality of marketing data within Hub Spot, ensuring GDPR compliance, effective audience segmentation and accurate data to support campaign performance and business development. Work collaboratively to help improve the quality and consistency of data across our wider marketing and sales systems.

  • Project Management
    :
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating activity across internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Continuous Improvement
    :
Regularly review marketing performance, identify opportunities to improve campaigns, processes and digital channels, and recommend new approaches that increase marketing effectiveness.

We're looking for individuals who have experience working in a varied Digital Marketing capacity who will have exposure across marketing automation, SEO, digital analytics and user experience. Experience with Hub Spot, Word Press and Linkedin Campaign Manager would be desirable.

You'll get the opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting environment where we embrace a culture of continuous improvement, finding genuine satisfaction in both gaining & sharing knowledge!

We support development through thoughtful coaching, a training budget and personalised opportunities, fostering an environment where personal growth becomes 2nd nature!

Based mostly remote, we're just looking for someone who is willing to travel to London on an ad-hoc basis for collaboration days!
