Delivery & Project Manager – Technology, M&A

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from inception through go-live and handover
• Establish clear project charters, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and risk/issue tracking frameworks
• Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparent communication
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) tailored to project needs
• Oversee project budgets, track variance, and manage resource allocation across active work streams
• Plan and coordinate technology integration activities following deal closures
• Collaborate with M&A deal leads and Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure IT deliverables align with broader integration milestones
• Assist in reviewing tech landscapes during pre-deal or early integration phases
• Coordinate operational readiness tasks to guarantee business continuity across merging entities.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
• Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of M&A life cycles, specifically tech integrations, migrations, or carve-outs
• Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent formal project management training
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-visibility initiatives and communicate effectively with executives, technical architects, and vendors
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills with a history of unblocking technical teams and resolving delivery friction.

Demonstrates expertise in leading complex technology projects through all phases, including M&A integrations, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Proficient in applying various project delivery methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
