Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive our L&D strategy across a multi-site operation from our London Heathrow office. You will lead a 7-person team including L&D Specialists, Skills Trainers, and a Digital Learning Developer.
You will own the LMS, shape the mandatory training framework compliant with regulations, and spearhead digital learning initiatives including e-learning and micro-learnings to support business goals.
