Barclays is seeking an ITSM JiraSM Platform Engineer to design, configure and continuously improve the ITSM platform capabilities. The role focuses on risk-based change across a CI/CD-led engineering environment, with hands-on work building workflows, automations, integrations, and data models for observable and auditable change.
You will own ITSM change enablement workflows in Jira Service Management and integrate change, incident, request and CMDB with monitoring, CI/CD and observability
