We're supporting a major Central Government programme and are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a high-performing digital team delivering impactful public services.

This role offers the opportunity to influence the design and delivery of services used by millions of citizens, ensuring decisions are driven by genuine user needs and aligned with GDS standards and best practice.

Active SC Clearance (must be current and transferable)

Proven experience working within Central Government

Strong knowledge of GDS Service Manual principles and practices

Extensive experience planning, conducting and analysing user research

Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
