A brand new role for this award winning law firm - this is a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to person for IT training across their London office, shaping the function from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Delivering end-user IT training across the firm's core systems, including document management, practice management and Microsoft 365
- Designing and maintaining training materials, guides and induction content for new joiners
- Providing floor support and one-to-one coaching to fee earners and business services staff
- Partnering with IT, L&D and business change teams on the rollout of new systems and updates
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT training queries across the London office
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a law firm or wider professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including document management systems, practice management systems and Microsoft Office
- A confident, engaging training style with the ability to adapt to different learning needs
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
