The Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream Lead is a senior functional and solution authority responsible for the global design, governance, and multi-country deployment of SAP S/4

HANA and integrated applications within the Source to Pay domain.

This role combines deep Source to Pay business process expertise, strong SAP S/4

HANA solution knowledge, and disciplined program governance, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, standardized solutions aligned to the global template strategy.

The role will act as the primary decision authority for S2P solution design, including fit-to-standard, RICEFW governance, and enabling technology selection, while managing and challenging both business stakeholders and system integrators.

• Lead the end-to-end design of the S2P global solution aligned to SAP S/4
  
  HANA best practices.
• Drive fit-to-standard principles, minimizing customization and enforcing standardization across countries.
• Define and govern global vs. local design decisions, ensuring scalability for multi-country rollout.
• Act as the design authority for all S2P-related processes, including vendor master, indirect sourcing, direct sourcing, supplier management, contract management and accounts payable.
• Provide guidance on leading-practice solutions within the S2P domain.
• Challenge business stakeholders on process inefficiencies, legacy workarounds and non-standard requirements.
• Drive process harmonization across geographies.
• Ensure alignment between commercial processes, customer experience objectives, financial controls, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Promote adoption of SAP standard capabilities and industry best practices.
• Together with our S/I partners, translate business requirements into scalable S/4
  
  HANA functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure slignment with enterprise architecture standards and seamless integration with adjacent applications (e.g. Blue Yonder, SLM, Open Text).
• Own and govern the RICEFW intake, assessment, and approval process in S2P.
• Act as final decision authority on inclusion/exclusion of enhancements and justification for deviations from standard.
• Ensure RICEFW objects are strictly controlled, fully documented, business justified and value driven.
• Lead and oversee systems integrator delivery within the S2P workstream.
• Provide direction to SI functional and technical teams on configuration, functional specifications, technical design and development.
• Review and approve deliverables including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), configuration rationale and integration specifications.
• Ensure SI adherence to global template principles, program governance standards, quality and documentation expectations.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and design of integrated S2P applications where required.
• Act as the primary liaison across business, IT, business integrator, and systems integrator for the S2P workstream.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across work streams.

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and Source to Pay processes with a strong focus on SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country deployments.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes including RFx processes, supplier lifecycle management, supplier contract management, quotations, invoice processing and accounts payable integration.
• Strong hands-on and/or design experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA, materials management, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, business partner / vendor master
• Experience integrating with, finance, tax engines, planning systems and inventory management, banking and payment solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and challenge senior business stakeholders, govern and direct systems integrators and make design trade-off decisions under pressure.
• Strong executive communication and decision facilitation skills.
• Experience managing offshore / onshore delivery teams and complex stakeholder environments.
