Role overview
The Analytics Manager leads analytical initiatives by interpreting large volumes of data and transforming them into actionable insights. You will guide reporting strategies, optimize performance metrics, and support internal teams with data-driven recommendations. This role requires leadership skills and advanced analytical capability.
Responsibilities- Oversee the development of analytical reports and dashboards
- Interpret complex data sets and identify relevant patterns and insights
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper reporting processes
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards
- Proven ability to turn data into insights that guide decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
