Oracle Fusion ERP Domain Expert

Lead Oracle ERP Cloud functional delivery across solution design, workshops, business analysis, and implementation quality assurance.

• Lead and participate as a functional leader or advisor across service activity streams including gap analysis, solution design, POCs, demonstration requirements gathering, business analysis, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Document and review requirement specification documents.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare or review functional specification documents.
• Travel to client locations within and outside the UK when required for implementations, workshops, and walkthroughs.
• Work with onsite collaborators and client teams to ensure project success during implementations.
• Use defined standards, tools, and processes to deliver work that meets Oracle and client quality expectations.
• Document all work in line with agreed Oracle and client standards and processes.
• Adhere to change control, audit, and compliance requirements defined by Oracle and the client.
• Perform accurate handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
• Provide timely status reporting to supervisors.

• Fluency in English.
• Domain expertise in finance with experience in General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Ability to lead project meetings and product walkthrough workshops with customers.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and with teams.
• Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS;
  Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate directly with client business teams.
• Ability to analyze solution approaches, estimations, methodologies, project risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to map client requirements to existing product capabilities and assess suitability against bespoke solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including at least 6+ years in SaaS implementation.
