Your roleAs a Principal Consultant, you will provide strategic and delivery leadership for UKG Pro workforce management implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You will lead complex, multi-module implementations covering Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business and organizational goals. You will be responsible for driving solution architecture, defining best practices, and designing complex workflows, rules, policies, and integrations with other HR and payroll systems.
In this role, you will translate business requirements into optimized UKG Pro configurations, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and guide teams through successful delivery. Additionally, you will mentor senior consultants, review technical designs and documentation, support governance and quality assurance, and contribute to stakeholder communication, training strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a UKG Pro subject matter expert, ensuring excellence across implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support.
UKG Pro WFM Solution Leadership
- Lead full lifecycle UKG Pro WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Serve as the WFM solution architect, ensuring configurations align with business strategy, compliance needs, and scalability requirements
- Define and enforce implementation standards, governance models, and best practices
