Salary: £75K - £85K + Bonus
Location:
London | Hybrid / Client Site
We are working with a leading consultancy looking to hire an Oracle EPM Manager to lead key work streams across complex Oracle Cloud EPM transformation programmes. You will take ownership of EPM solutions across Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS, acting as the senior client-facing lead and guiding delivery from design through to go-live. The role offers a strong mix of solution leadership, client advisory and delivery ownership, with the opportunity to lead major work streams on large programmes.
WhatYou'll Be Doing:
- Lead Oracle EPM work streams across major transformation programmes.
- Own Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS solutions from design through to delivery.
- Act as the key client contact.
- Lead discovery, requirements and solution design workshops.
- Translate complex finance requirements into practical Oracle EPM solutions.
- Lead functional and technical design and ensure quality across delivery.
- Guide consultants and offshore teams across configuration, testing and implementation.
- Oversee data, integration, controls and wider solution dependencies.
- Lead deployment, go-live and post-implementation activity.
- Support proposals, pre-sales and wider practice development.
- Strong experience delivering Oracle Cloud EPM implementations within a consultancy environment.
- Deep experience in Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and/or FCCS / Financial Consolidation & Close
- Experience leading EPM modules, work streams or projects through multiple stages of the implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of finance processes across planning, forecasting, close, consolidation and management reporting.
- Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops, solution design discussions and key delivery decisions.
- Ability to translate business and accounting requirements into effective EPM solutions.
- Experience managing and developing consultants across project teams.
- Wider exposure to modules such as ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS or EPRCS
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Own High-Profile EPM Work streams
- Lead major Planning or FCCS work streams across complex transformation programmes. - Strong Client Exposure
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior finance and transformation stakeholders. - Broader Delivery Ownership
- Combine module leadership with the opportunity to lead smaller engagements end-to-end. - Work Across the EPM Suite
