This role is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for tax technology solutions that support Amazon's global tax compliance obligations. • Own the product roadmap for tax data and reporting solutions, prioritizing features that address compliance requirements, data quality, and scalability across multiple jurisdictions
• Define and communicate business requirements for tax reporting configurations, partnering with engineering teams to ensure business rule logic aligns with tax compliance obligations and product standards
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for tax data flows - from requirements definition through delivery - identifying gaps, driving resolution, and validating that system outputs meet compliance and business requirements
• Serve as a strategic business partner for new corporate initiatives, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders across tax, finance, and operations to drive scalable implementations
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax technology solutions in alignment with business priorities and compliance obligations
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities to identify discrepancies, data quality issues, and validate data integrity across complex system environments
• Proven ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders on strategic programs, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Drive product adoption and change management for new tax technology implementations, measuring success through defined KPIs and outcome metrics

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
• Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
