Monzo is seeking a CRM Manager to build and scale CRM across EU markets. You’ll establish foundational communications, own BAU campaigns in email, push, and in-app, and lead lifecycle journeys from onboarding to long-term engagement. Fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly valued for cross-border collaboration.
You’ll work with product, data, engineering, legal, and marketing to ensure compliant, targeted campaigns while building scalable processes and data-driven strategies across EU regions.
